"I ordered the chicken bowl, wings and a beer for $30. When I tried the bowl, I didn’t like the chicken as it tasted old and sweet even though it said it was spicy. I took it back and asked if they could replace it with something else of equal or lesser value. First they said they couldn’t because I already took a bite (how else was I supposed to try it?). Then their reasoning was that if it looks like I ate it they can’t re sell it. So technically if I took it with me for 5 min and came back and gave it to them “untouched”, they would just re sell it (that’s nasty!). I asked for a refund and they said they don’t do that. I asked if there’s anything they could do and they said they’ll give me a discount if I bought something else (like I didn’t just spend $30). They are ridiculous! Terrible customer service. Only reason I gave them 2 stars was because at least the wings were good."

"Nice place and quick service. Have some good vegan / non meat options. The zen teriyaki burger was great . And the zen vegan fries was also good."

"Every time I come here for my lunch during my shift there’s always a problem with the way I’m ordering and the lady is always really rude. This last time my order took especially longer then usual and two couples that came 20 minutes after I ordered got their food immediately afterwards. I am never coming back here."
