"I don't come here often but this place was really great with respects to service and offerings. It wasn't too crowded either and there was plenty of parking. This place appears to be better managed than the nearby location at Monroe and Lawrence."
"4/15/23 update - shout out to Rebekah for amazing customer service at the drive thru! --- 5 stars for the drive thru and super friendly customer service! Pro - Drive thru - Good location on a corner and easy to find - Plenty of space for the drive thru line without blocking in parked cars - The baristas at the drive thru are also friendly and upbeat; this really adds to the experience and can brightens up someone's day - ICED TEAS ARE NOT JUST FULL OF ICE; I really appreciate that this location makes perfect iced teas. Other locations fill their cups almost full of ice with barely 2 sips of tea"
"This place has become a joke. I used to love coming here but not after finding a hair inside my drink. At first I thought it migh of been mine & it had stucked to the cup but after taking a closer look I realized it was actually inside the cup. I had to bring it back & all they did was give me $4 off. It was so disgusting plus the employees are so rude & disrespectful now."
"I always go to this Starbucks for study. I think this store have reduced their open hour from about 2am to midnight. Actually last night, we were told the store will close at 11:30p, instead of midnight. In terms of the environment, I would say the store is big enough, but also looks pretty old and has not been renovated for a while. Still it’s a good one if you want to stay longer in the evening."
