"Are you guys special? What is this policy? Every store in fashion valley lets people in in any amount. You are letting up to 5??? There is a crazy line outside. Hire a security person if you are worried about thieves but that’s not ok. Also that’s the only store in fashion valley which closes at 4:40pm… but the clothes is very good quality and beautiful. Employees are nice and professional."

"Omitting on purpose to tell you it's a NO REFUND POLICY store, as soon as you buy something there (even poorly designed like their flip flops that cut your feet) then your money is theirs forever. Had to wait 20min for a manager to tell me the same thing as the other employee, an automated cashier would have been more helpful. I left the goods there and am disputing the charge."

"Went there last night 06/01 to get a suit, at 7:25 and doors were closed. Waited for one the girls to get some customers out and they tell me they are already close. She said they close at 7:45 and it was 7:30 after an awkward moment she let us in. As we walk to the back she started taking in Spanish that we are as……! Worst customer service we ever experienced. Asked for names and they told us good night and wouldn’t answer us. DO NOT go to that store. Those ladies should never work retail again!! Extremely rude employees! We went to Bloomingdale’s and got a super nice Hugo Boss suit in 15 min with great customer experience!"

"High end store selling Hugo Boss cloths and accessories. A little pricey, but if you like Hugo Boss this is the store for you. The store is located in the center of the mall, but there is plenty of parking not to far away."
