"The lack of communication from the store when requesting a tuxedo order status update is absolutely unacceptable. Company somehow lost my order, or missed it completely and wouldn't own up to it. Being promised a two week turnaround, turned into being over a month. I appreciate corporate reaching out and trying to make it right. But it took dozens of calls and emails to finally have someone give me a simple answer. The tux ultimately showed and was altered the day BEFORE my wedding. Glad I don't have to buy at places like this anytime in the near future."
