"My husband & I enjoyed the game with good, fresh bar food. Glenda, the bartender,, was in-press-ive managing the constant barrage of customers’ food & beverage & game requests. Basically single-handed. We saw other employees, but no one hustled like Glenda. 5 stars for service, well-made libations and the kitchen prepared good food. Great wings (good size, extra crispy) and excellent fish & chips. Really fresh coleslaw! Also, great Sidecars!"

"Although the food and service was good we can say great even, I went there to bowl as well and that lowered the rating. The atmosphere was nice games on the TV a fire place in the background, service staff very engaged. The food it self was very good especially the appetizers. The lanes were a bummer because it's a timed event an we were unable to complete one game within the hour 5 people. So as pricey as it is I feel they should atleast let you finished an just pay by the game an not the hour. The pins are strung which I'm personally not a fan of and I was not able to use my own bowling shoes wich was an additional cost to use the house shoes... As a group we still had a great time however ill most likely just go to a real bowling alley next time, even if I stay in the resort."

"Dani the manager is super freaking great! very kind and always very warm and welcoming! the team and environment just a 10/10! always clean and they are on top of refills and orders! my goodness it is super here! been a regular for a while now due to the great manager they have here and the team she has!"

"Overall I gave this a low rating but thankfully the second day server for lunch redeemed them a little, otherwise service would have been 1 star. I think the night manager needs to look a little more carefully at his staff. I called a head about 2 weeks to make 2 lane reservations for my team building offsite from 8-10pm. The person I spoke with I believe was Shaun and he was friendly and helpful as Tock was not allowing me to make the reservation. However once we arrived onsite it went downhill from there. We were seated at a table at 7:34 the server we had was asked by us if we should move to the bowling alley seating to order since we had an 8pm reservation. She said we were fine and could move when we were finished. I did ask her to inform them we were here since we had the reservation. We were then further delayed by 2 orders not arriving on schedule, she blamed the kitchen. Once we were finished we were waiting for the check when I noticed that all the lanes were full. I quickly went to inquire and was told since we "weren't here for our reservation at 8:15" they gave it away. I proceeded to advise we were here and why hadn't they been informed. They said the group bowling was almost done so we could continue to wait. Which we did but no drinks or food because that server wanted to close her ticket. Finally moved down to the lanes, lane server agreed to give us a little extra time to make up for the error. What I didn't find out until we were running out of time is that they didn't actually have us down for a 2 hr slot. What she told us at a few minutes before 10 was that they couldn't extend further because the lanes closed at 10. I wasn't upset at the information it was that nothing was conveyed ahead. The entire evening we were treated as though we were a bother to the staff. If your business is drinks, bowling and food then you should be exceptional at those things. Instead the staff was begrudging, slow, forgetful and otherwise indifferent. I spent nearly $600 that night in food, drinks and bowling and had the service been better it would have been more. The team still enjoyed themselves but what a disappointment in general. In the end, she offered to take of $25 to remedy, it was pretty insignificant but after I took my frustration out on her and apologized I accepted the meager offer. As a side note of positivity: Sunday server was soo sweet, polite, helpful and wonderful, she was a true pleasure to work with after the prior night disaster. Also LOTS OF GLUTEN FREE choices, huge plus on the food side"
