"My wife and I used to be Napa residents and would always come to this specific starbucks with our children. We came to visit and decided to stop by. We were hoping to see our favorite Barista (Lupe) who we connected very well with last year but unfortunately wasn’t there! :( Good coffee overall, but their customer service needs A LOT of work."

"It took over 20 minutes to get two sandwiches. They dont make them fresh, they come out of a plastic wrapper and are heated up inside a toaster oven. They served 3-4 people before I ever got my food. They never even checked in when they seen me waiting. Definitely makes me want to stick to drive through locations. If you are not a regular here, they do not treat you fairly."
