"The team was very quick. I didn't know some locations recyle certain size cups. I was able to sit outside and comfortably make a phone call. The inside lobby had a lot of foot traffic going on; some people had huge doggos and others were working on their computers."
"very very rude customer services this is the second time... I wrote I review on a survey the first time about my service and went again to buy some drinks and when I walked in they stared at me and were talking and laughing staring at me seen they knew i had wrote a review and my previous visit , I approached one of the managers and told her about the other situation and I told her it's obvious you guys have a problem by the fact you guys are staring at me and she said,, " the fact that you wrote a bad review about the customer service and your stilling coming to buy at starbucks" !!!! this is the only starbcuks I have been disrespected and have had my drinks wrong!!! Starbucks should really hire people that love to work there and enjoy customer service..... Very disappointing.."
"coffe ok service mehh not supper clean not supper nice just coffe miss MICKEY (i think was her name) was helping us out today but she seemed almost mad about having to help us because we were trying to figure out our drinks,,,I thought maybe she is having a bad day but looking at the way she treats the rest of the people after us seemed to be a issue with us not sure why but definitely felt unwanted here sucks because we dont know why"
