Stark's Steak & Seafood

"We decided to drive from Vacaville to Santa Rosa and stay the night last night. The hotel recommended Starks and we couldn’t have been happier. The food was absolutely amazing. Their garlic butter bread was probably the best bread I’ve ever had! We ordered the roasted bone marrow which was also delicious and had the 16 ounce USDA Prime New York which came out on a hot cast iron pan already sliced and basted in garlic butter. Dinner and dessert was amazing. The only reason why I gave a 4 on the service was because our server seemed to have a ton of tables and didn’t come around too often but that’s not his fault. I will for sure be recommending Starks to friends and family!"

"1st time to visit Stark's with 9 family members. Had starters of Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail, Calamari, and a long Island Tea. The main meal was the Prime Filet Mignon and Seared Sea Scallops. The whole meal was outstanding for me, and each family members selections!"

"We went here for our anniversary dinner. The restaurant is really nice and amazing food. I had the filet mignon with some Brussel sprouts. The staff is amazing and our waiter was really nice. I would go back again for sure. The dessert we had was so good. It was a chocolate cake with ice cream and a caramel mousse. It was so tasty. I want to try there bread pudding for next time."
