"Was asked to give my bag to them when I entered. My bag contains tools for work and I'd have to pull them, my phone, and my wallet out. That's a massive hassle and I'm not leaving my bag with strangers, so nope. I said he was welcome to follow me around the store but he declined. Enforce laws and arrest shoplifters, don't penalize shoppers who stop by directly before and after work. You not only wasted my time (I could have had time to stop at a different chain) but you lost my business, I'll be taking it to your competitors. Another store in SF had the same policy and I stopped using them years ago. You are losing legitimate customers with policies like this. Hire security instead."

"This place has a good selection of food and beer/wine. They also have a bathroom which must be accessed via a key. Must be a rough hood because it's the first GrossOut I've seen with loss prevention staff. I'd definitely go there again. Found some good deals there."

"I always come here first and usually find what I need and things I wasn't even looking for. Great dessert selection. I have a bad gluten intollerance and was surprised to find my favorite desserts there. Great prices, very clean, lines aren't as bad as the other grocery stores around and the cashiers are pleasant (not angry, again like the other grocery stores in the area). Great produce, I even ventured to try their fresh meats. They were great too."

"Nice and organized store. I was here in the afternoon when it is very busy and all registers we're open. The produce is great, and I can always find good deals on gluten free items."
