"Brought in my old cherished vacuum cleaner in which I had replaced the bottom roller part. A part within that fell off and I couldn't put it back on. The Vacuum shop fixed it in a minute and only charged me $5. It's hard to find such reasonably pticed service these days. So I'm happy for a fixed vacuum but more importantly a revival to my trust in humankind. Thank you. Thank you."

"Vacuum was maintenanced in timely manner. Upon pickup shop manager spent time to explain the problem, how to keep the problem from happening again, and other operation tips. The price for the fix was reasonable and fair. Shop was very clean and I totally loved the dog that roamed the store as the extra welcome. If you need help with your Vacuum, absolutely go here."

"Took my vacuum in with a minor problem and was told diagnostics would be $50 minimum and then unspecified charges depending on what they found. I knew what the problem was, but the person at the counter did not seem to hear me and spoke to me in a patronizing manner. In the middle of our conversation he took a call and began to help someone else. I picked up my vacuum and left. Found the solution on YouTube and fixed it myself."

"I needed filters for a Dyson vacuum cleaner. I was happy to be able to get them locally, and they were cheaper here than online. These people really seem to know what they're doing. (I was annoyed that the Dyson, which claims to never lose suction and never need replacement filters, does in fact lose suction and needs new filters; but that's another story.)"

"I have been going here forever and so has my father. They had repaired my old vacuum(handle, belt, unclog and more) several times. We took the vacuum in recently and spoke with one of the workers(possible owner) we asked about our oreck that was over 30 yrs old. The worker stated that our vacuum works great on smaller carpet such as the thick stuff you see on airplanes and some hotels. However it would not work well on shag or much longer carpets. We spoke for a little while about the different models and types including Dyson, oreck and several others. We finally settled on a brand I have never heard of, Sebo. Granted this model is very expensive and granted I feel I got a bit of an up sell. IT WAS WORTH IT. I'm really glad we paid for this thing. In one use it has almost filled the bag with actual dirt, my home is really clean but dang this thing really does some cleaning. I will certainly continue to go back, THIS PLACE HAS MY BUSINESS"
