"I came in and at first, the owner was pretty friendly. However, I asked him about a candle and the candle company's prices to compare. Please note I was simply asking a question to learn more. He instantly got defensive and rude. He said, "That is the small size, this is the large size. We don't price match. This is a local store for many years and I'm proud of that. We don't compare prices, thank you!" in the rudest and most condescending manner possible. I was simply asking a question nicely and he went on a rant for several minutes. I was instantly put off from buying anything in the store regardless of pricing and left. I was about to buy the candle but I rather find it elsewhere and gladly pay the same price. Next time, consider your attitude before speaking."
