"Website wasn’t very clear that this is curbside pickup only - no browsing of the shop. Was disappointed when I arrived after biking in the rain to be met with this info. Website isn’t very easy to use, which is odd if it’s their primary means of selling"

"Not allowed in-store to browse. Someone came to the fenced window to ask what we were looking for but at a comic store, you usually don't know until you see it. Looked online at their shop and the prices are comparable to any other shop that lets you browse in-store. Some online items said you had to call the store for availability (why in-store browsing is so much easier). My friend was sad because he used to shop in-store there."

"Not actually a shop. You can only do curbside pickup. Not sure why they even bother having a storefront. Don't waste your time and money trying to find parking, find another store if you wish to browse."

"The store has good prices, but ultimately me and my friends and I don't enjoy the fact that it's curbside only. We understand businesses who prefer to operate this way, but unless you have a modernized website that shows at least 70% of your inventory, it's hard to get excited for. My recommendation: call beforehand and see if they got what you're looking for or bring a list so they can check inventory and prices. Good people, good prices. But half the fun in collecting is being able to walk into a store and look around so I gotta take that into account."
