Boot Barn

"Extremely disappointed. I bought jeans for my entire family several months ago. I had to come in a make several exchanges because my sons and my husband didn’t like cut and/or color of what I purchased. No problem, after several trips back and forth, the tribe was happy with their selections. Unfortunately my 16 year old son got a defective pair of jeans. :( The Cody James button fell off and needed to be riveted back on. These jeans have only been worn a few times so I took them down to see if they could fix or replace them. The gal behind the counter stated that she would just sew it on if she had a kit. Seriously? At $6 a gallon for gas, don’t you think I would just sew it on if that was possible? Wes, the store manger was left to make the executive decision, replace them and stand behind the product? Or send me home? He sent me away stating that he found a receipt on my Boot Barn Rewards but according to the receipt I returned that pair of jeans. I clearly stated that I definitely did not return that pair, as they were in my hand. He said that my purchase must not have reached my reward card and without it he couldn’t replace the jeans. He could clearly see that the jeans are in great shape. My son is a skinny, 16 year old who wears his jeans too loose, so stress on the button is impossible. I guess Wes saved me a bunch of money as I won’t be shopping at Boot Barn anymore. Thanks Wes!"

"The boots that i order, when they arrive to the store, where use, they have scratches, dirt on the sole, hair inside the boot and a rip on one sole, the employee Gracie was really rude and bad attitude, just because i told her that i believe someone returned those boots because they weren't even in their original box and they look old and i wouldn't gonna take them like that... I can understand that someone return them in that conditions and try to resell them but Gracie's attitude is unacceptable and thanks to her I'll never going back to that store...."

"I'd not been to this store in Riverside before. Walk3d in got greeted right away. Staff was looking sharp and ultra friendly. I walked in knowing what I wanted. First thing to know, lots of options once you see the selection. I was looking at Ariat, Durango, Llama and Brothers. Decisions... the struggle was real. A very nice young lady names Diana was awesome. She talked me around quality, durability and style. She gave me her personal opinion and that was the deciding factor. I wore my boots a couple of times and got good compliments on them. Diana, you are fantastic! If you're in the area, stop in! Staff here is super great!"

"I go to this store once a year for many years to buy work boots. Store staff is friendly and helpful but the manager is horrible and rude. Needed a price over ride because this store is overcharging people on boots. Website has it listed as one thing,this store is charging extra,(see enclosed picture of tag).when I asked why they wanted extra she said that's price we charge,well its not the price. It seemed painful for her to price match the website and not even the original tag price. I'll never go back again to this store."

"I purchased a couple of cowboy shirts and a pair of cowboy boots. You can get a high quality western wear for an excellent price at this "boot barn". For example, I paid two Wrangler shirts for at $87.00 including tax. I like those shirts so much."
