"Horrible service. On Saturday morning, 11am I had a bad experience making an online return. While attempting to make a store return, I was unable to due to it having a smell. However I just received the package online two days ago, never tried it on just took it out of its packaging. The associate didn’t even smell it she just looked at it several times. This is unfortunate as I didn’t want the item because it wasn’t of my liking. Bad service."
"Thanksgiving 2023, I came to the store with family. After one and a half hours of shopping and 20 minutes of waiting, we faced a very rude cashier. When asked to talk to the supervisor, both the lady and the gentleman were even ruder than the cashier and gave us it is what it is attitude. I refused to shop from this store despite spending thousands of dollars on Tommy Hilfiger products every year. During my complaint, they immideatley unpacked my shoppings ($350) and then said oops, we put it all away." When asked for information to complaint they gave me the attached card, lol. Would not by again ."

"I could give more score for the range and good variety of clothes in this store. But when the associate didn’t helped me to find my size on a $50 pant I’m kinda dissatisfied. He started but gave up. I found the size myself after some time. The. We have the checkout. Why make a long line with customers waiting? 2 associates was doing other “important” things instead of helping us pay. Sorry."
"The staff here are professional and friendly nowadays, once they got rid of some of the old staffers. Their discounts are off the hook since it’s an outlet store. I just went in and bought a whole array of evening wear including gowns for church. I also bought my son some shorts for hockey and my hubbie a pair of tennies for running. The store was clean and organized so I found everything I needed and was on my way in 30 minutes."
