"No samples! Came here with kids who had not decided what they want. Turned out these guys don't give out samples anymore. The last time we were here their prices seemed to be higher than other cold stone stores .. looking through reviews here seems like owner is not interested in addressing concerning reviews here! Edit..aah forgot to mention we were the only people in store"

"My 9yo son was craving for that perfect banana ice cream, and this place did the job! Not only was the service fast and staff was courteous, the place was very clean and organized. There were plenty of tables and seats, I'll bring more friends for a get-together next time. I met the owner, and he was super friendly, we had a good conversation. I was very impressed with seeing Rocky Mountain chocolates as well as caramel apples, something nice and sweet for everyone! I recommend this location to anyone looking to indulge in super creamy ice cream or fine chocolates."

"I’ve ordered 3 custom cakes/cupcakes here over the last 3 years and each time there has been an issue. One Valentine’s Day, my custom order was missing or someone had bought it. They replaced it with a premade cake. Another one of our custom cupcake order was supposed to have yellow icing, but it was white. And most recently, our custom cake had red velvet cake pieced in for a second layer. Really disappointing and sloppy."

"The ice cream here is more expensive than other ice cream places nearby but I bought 1 scoop of strawberry and it was delicious and a big size! I am not usually a fan of strawberry ice cream so the fact that I loved it means a lot! The owners are very friendly here and they offer "buy one get one 50% off if you bring your Panda Express receipt in from next door." The owners do have accents and sometimes it can be challenging to understand them (as I heard the customer in front of me having a hard time) but please be patient because they are nice people trying their best. There are wheelchair accessible tables and moveable chairs inside but none outside. As of August 26, 2022, masks are not mandated in the store."
