"Pricey but great clothes"

"I don't know about other people's experiences shopping here but I did not enjoy my shopping experience at this Pacsun location. The employees here are rude and very judgmental. They are not helpful at all. It seemed like they had nothing to do since they were all huddled together laughing and whispering to each other about who knows what! As I am about to purchase some items, one of the girls that was with the other employees looks at them first, (as if she was expecting a reaction from them) and then tells me they're not accepting cash. I only had cash at the moment so I went to go return the items back to their place. As soon as I start walking away to do so, these employees had the audacity to laugh just because I had no other way to pay. All of them had their eyes on me as I was walking around the store putting back the items. Left that store as quickly as possible and will never come back again. It lacks professionalism not to let customers know that you aren't accepting certain payment forms as soon as they enter the store. Most importantly, no one should be humiliated like I was by this group of teenage employees. But I should have seen it coming since these employees we're doing absolutely nothing, talking to each other, just hanging around the store and not doing their jobs."

"The store offers variety of clothing for both men and women. They carry hoodies for both men and women jeans for both men and women shirts bikinis dressers shoes and different items and accessories. Space is always clean and the staff is always friendly"

"Took my grandson in to pick out some clothes. Sal was working the front by himself. He had many customers and acknowledged and helped all of us as he checked everyone out and restocked shelves at the same time. The entire time we were in the store, he was friendly and helpful to everyone. Fantastic customer service and decent sale prices."

"Went in search of vans high top shoes our son had seen there. With very little description, our sales clerk new exactly what we were looking for and helped us get the right size. Great that he knew the store merchandise and back stock. Brought home the right shoes!"
