"I really struggle finding a good pair of jeans that fits me really well and I don’t have to get it trimmed, coz I’m a petite size. I found this amazing jeans. Loved the colour , the fit and the length. Wore it twice or thrice and noticed that it was literally ripping near the front and back pockets. I was shocked, these jeans are not cheap I paid around $120 for it. I’m giving it 5 stars coz I called in the next day and this staff named Courtney received and I told her the problem. She apologised and said it was a faulty pair. And was ready to keep one aside for me I asked her if she could send it to me as I stay around 2-3 hrs away. She asked me to mail her the faulty pair and I did. And the next day I have my new pair of jeans. Courtney you are amazing thank you so much."
