"I had the worst experience ever at this Zara's. First the children's section was a mess and looked like it had not been kept up all day. They had clearance racks all messed up and all over the place. My daughter finally found some pants she liked that were clearly on the clearance rack with a discount sticker on it. When we went to the register the line was so long with only one register open while the other employees were walking around and a few of them were just standing in the back of the store talking. When it was finally my turn at the register, the cashier said he needed a price adjustment approval from the manager since the pants rung up regular price. The cashier was talking to the manager over the phone and said "yes it looks legit". When the manager Martin came up and looked at the tag and said "well we have not had a price adjustment in a while and I'm not saying you put this sicker on here, but I'm not going to be able to adjust the price, sorry." I told him where "I found it and that there was a whole rack of clearance clothes and I can show you where I found them." He said no you don't have to show me I'm sorry, but these are not on sale" and ripped the tag off in front of me. I was so embarrassed and my daughter was so sad and she said "mom does he think we did that, we literally walked in and grabbed them from the rack". I cannot tell you how ridiculous this guy was and extremely unprofessional. I asked for the customer service number and I called and complained. I asked if there was anyone else I can speak with and he said no that he was the Director and rolled his eyes at me and walked away. I can say this...I was a manager in retail for years and the Manager at this Zara's "Martin" was an absolutely horrible manager and had zero customer service. He clearly doesn't know how to manage the store as it was a mess and had a bunch of the employees talking and not working in the back while the lines were practically out the door. To have the audacity to accuse me of putting a sales sticker on the pants is unbelievable. He needs to be removed as a manager because he is not the kind of representation any store would want. My daughter was so embarrassed that he said that in front of the rest of the customers. Absolutely horrific shopping experience."
"On 8/8/2023 at 4pm I came into do an exchange and had my tags and receipts. The item was purchased on July 17 so still with in the time frame of returns. The manager on duty couldn't return the item and wasn't helpful at all. I wanted to simply exchange the item that was defective. She gave me customer service number which took an additional 15 min. When she clearly could've just exchange the items. This is absurd how they treat customers. I will just shop online going forward because the hassle is not worth it at all. If you want rude service come to this location."
"I have no idea how this place is even in business. The customer service is so terrible. The staff is so rude. They completely ignore customers. Management is terrible. Worst retail shopping experience I’ve ever encountered thus far at a clothing store. The manager at this location really needs more training in customer service. He lacks experience and common courtesy. His focus is certainly not customer centric. Blatantly rude and laughs about it. Unfortunate."
"I have never had a worse shopping experience. There had to be 100 people in the store and there were THREE dressing rooms! I swear! There were actually 6 but I was told that the other 3 were for people with reservations so they remained empty while I waited in line for over 20 minutes....oh, and there were TWENTY-TWO other people in line waiting for the 3 usable dressing rooms with 3 empty ones. Many people gave up and just left. I finally tried on my clothes and chose the items I wanted to buy, only to discover that there were TWO cashiers and 18 people in line wanting to pay...so I waited another 20+ minutes (again, some people just put down the clothes they had wanted to buy and left). You can't make this stuff up!! Needless to say, I will never go back no matter how cute the clothes are."
