"I have been here twice now. I drop down here when I'm visiting Idyllwild. Prices up in the mountain are tourist price high. It's a scenic drive to get here and the food and atmosphere is better. I never feel rushed to get done and get out. Whisky pours were on the generous side and The Chief is a damn good sandwich. Fries kinda suck in my opinion, but the sandwich filled me up to where I didn't need fries. Service was fantastic."
"The food was mediocre. More bar than grill The chicken salad was nothing special. The chicken sandwich was again … No complaints, just plain. Don’t get me wrong it was fresh it was just plain. The ice tea was fresh brewed. The fries were fresh cut and were tasty. But if you like drinking and singing this is the spot."
