"I have visited this particular McDonalds a few times since it's down the street from my kids school. They have messed up my order up about 50% of the time I've been there. I normally get happy meals for my kids and or the Big Mac Pack all they always seem to forget something. I've even had the wrong order handed to me at the drive thru window. I wish they had someone check the orders before handing them to customers. Went their today and we were shorted once again which is a real pain after getting home. Do better!"
"Why can’t I find a McDonald’s that will toast their English Muffins? By the way the cheese was melted to the paper I’m assuming the Sausage McMuffins were made a while ago and left on the warmer. The hash browns weren’t that crispy either. The Steak Bagel was good though as was the Diet Coke. Just an average McDonald’s that they all seem to be becoming now. And with these California prices, you would expect better!"
"It took them an hour to get my order out. I thought this was supposed to be fast? I couldn’t imagine getting paid $25 an hour just to let peoples orders fly over their head. New management should be inbound asap!"
"This is without a doubt the worst McDonald's in all of America. They will on average have 4 or 5 cars waiting in the mobile order pickup. It's pretty normal to see 7 or 8 cars Today there was 13. And it's only getting worse. I've complained to McDonald's corporate and to this franchisee and it never gets fixed. Avoid this place if you can because it is absolutely terrible."
"I used to like McDonald's, you know what your getting, but lately everything seems smaller and costs more. You have to check in on there new kiosk, no one really working the register anymore. This one gets busy because of travelers off the 10. Prices seem to be going up and service seems to be going down. Food was ok, its McDonald's. On my way back I stopped at a competitor and actually was really surprised, there star is shining a little brighter these days..."
