"My friend drove to Camarillo Outlets to return a bag she recently brought. She was very unhappy for the return policy. She expected all her money back and had to settled for a pair of gloves. Expensive pair of gloves. Make sure you know their return policy before you buy something, you may be stuck with something you change your mind after a few days."

"I usually buy dresses and tops from Ted Baker in their boutiques. This Saturday I was in the outlet in this location and the person was working there was so rude and impolite. I was in store around 6:30 and when I wanted to try a dress around 6:40 he closed all fitting rooms and when he saw I want to try on a dress he cam to with a nasty attitude and said if you can try it on fast I open the fitting room for you I want to close store at 07:00. It was the first time I saw such a thing! I did try and I chose two dresses to buy, when I got to register and after I paid he put my two dresses in a white bag that seems it was used and it was not the regular Ted Baker bag!!!! This was the worst shopping experience I had in this store!!! PLEASE train your employees and teach them this is not acceptable!!! It should not be big difference between your store in West LA and the outlet, customers expect respect!!!! $200 dresses not deserve to carry inside white paper bag!!!!"
