"Shoe was used but oh well .. I even asked the counter person to Specifically switch the shoe and was never switched I got home and was the same used one/."
"I went into this spot the other day the 2 people working didn’t acknowledge me once. They kept talking to each other only. I was inside for maybe 10 minutes. Walked around entire store, so never got greeted, or asked if I needed help or anything at all. A third worker walked out from back and didn’t address me either. They don’t have a good inventory here. The women’s section is also ridiculously small and basic. The one star is for cleanliness and organization of the store itself. Other then that please do better, maybe evaluate the employees here. The store is definitely a reflection of the mall it’s in."
"I bought a pair of shoes here and never realized that the shoes they gave me had two defects on one shoe. I returned two days later to exchange them for the same ones or for a refund. The manager tells me that they are out of the shoes but doesn’t offer to order them. I then ask for a refund and he says I can’t and that I can only exchange for a different pair of shoes because the shoes had been “worn” I then told him the employee gave me the shoes like that and he responded with “we would never sell a pair of shoes like this”, clearly the employee that day did. I then started looking for a different pair of shoes to make an exchange. I tried on many pairs and decided to get a pair of red vans. They went back to get them but then gave me the display shoe because it was the last pair in my size but the display shoe was faded and stretched out in comparison to the other shoe. I tried on another pair and they gave me the display shoe for that pair again, also stretched out and faded. I asked for a pair of white vans. This time she didn’t give me the display shoe but the shoe was already dirty. The girl helping me find shoes was very efficient even though it was busy and she kept running back and forth for other customers who wanted shoes. Meanwhile the manager was doing absolutely nothing. After about an hour I was able to find a pair of shoes. I am definitely not shopping there again."
"Went to buy some shoes. Needed help, I was there for about 8min, a white male comes in, she ignores me and goes to help him. Is it bc am latina?is my money not worth it"
"I have a complaint regarding your Ventura, Ca location. In December 2013 my 15 year old son purchased some shoes from this location and found they were indeed going to be to small for him as I told him his foot will still be growing. So therefore we returned them a few days later. He purchased them with cash so we expected to get our money back. The store manager said we could not receive our money back in cash and that we would only be given store credit only. I'm not sure why this would happen? I never heard of such a policy that a shoe was never worn and returned in a timely matter ( 2 days after purchase ) with cash I would think a full refund would have been done. Since then we have been back two times to see if there is anything in his size, Nothing! So therefore I went into today 2-16-2014 to see if i could buy something this time with store credit and finally after an hour with trying to make a decision while listening to extremely loud music and trying to get my size right. I made my decision to purchase the shoes and asked for the left shoe to try on. I wanted to be sure they both fit correctly before I made my final purchase. The sales woman said she would be right back with the left shoe so i could try them both on. After waiting for 10 min she returned and giggled that they couldn't find the left shoe and she would try to look for it. She never notified the manager , in fact at this point i put on my shoes and waited up at the the cash register. The store manager asked me what I needed and I explained the situation and he said we will look Thu the store and check the display and front windows because in the computer it said that they did have a size 9 at the store... 15 min went by and nothing, finally he said probably someone stole that left missing shoe or that it was truly missing. He never offered to order this shoe for me or try to get this one shipped to the store or call me if they would find it. Your manager at this store didn't seem to care at this point or be of any help to this situation. I left there very disappointed."
