"Tell that one dude not to look at feet and get to work, bro needa not try flirtin w my girl"
"Kaelin Pang is a weirdo. He probably got bullied in high school and he’s always on a power trip. Unfortunately. Also, he schedules his employees for 5 hour shifts and makes them clock out right before hitting the 5 hour mark , so he doesn’t have to allow them time for a lunch. Maria and Julio are awesome human beings."
"Terrible customer service. Asked for a size 7.5 was sold a size 7, wore them for a day only to realize they were horribly uncomfortable. Checked the size and saw they’d given me the wrong size. Went to return and was told I couldn’t return it and if I’d like to complain I can speak to corporate. Your associate I would think it’s your mistake to fix. No offer for a discount, no sorry, or any manner of customer recovery whatsoever."
"Went to the store and got a pair of shoes after a very long time because of bad service and had to rush out to make a bus. When I checked on the bus to check out my new shoes I realized there was only one shoe in the box. Now being a student in unable to go back to the store so I called them and asked for them to send the shoe to me as it is 100% their fault for taking the box and only putting one shoe in and I thought that they would realize that there was a shoe in the store without a pair (because I had bought it). In the call they were very rude and although I had a receipt they refused to check the store for a shoe without a pair and now I spent 60 dollars on one shoe due to their error. Not only do they have terrible service but due to this I wasted 60 bucks which is a lot for a student."
"The checkers are so cute and trendy."
