"**INCORRECT CHANGE REFUND ISSUE** During a recent visit to my local 7-Eleven store, I waited in the car for my 13-year-old son while he went inside to buy a Gatorade. He gave the cashier a $50 bill, but upon returning to the car, he realized that he had received the incorrect change of only $26, with no receipt, when it should have been $46. I entered the store to inform the cashier, Maria, of the situation. She insisted that nothing could be done until the owner reviewed the security camera footage later that day and was rather impolite, even calling me a liar. Subsequently, the owner contacted me and claimed to have reviewed the footage, concluding that the cashier had given my son the correct change. This experience has left me disappointed in how the owner handled the situation, especially considering numerous similar reviews about this employee with no action taken. I would advise caution when dealing with this establishment, as it appears to be quite questionable."

"Maria is the rudest and most inconsiderate cashier Last week, she refused to re-ring my order after the points from the app did not go through for a $3 discount. Today, she charged my 15 cents for a single use bag and told me it's required by law. I'm pretty sure that's NOT LEGAL. I know what the law is, and it's for multi use recycled bags. FOLLOW UP- was offered a free bag today from another cashier. I said doesn't that cost $.15. He laughed and said NO we don't charge. I said, huh, how about that?"

"Limited selection and we just dealt with a woman (time stamp Aug 3rd at around 3:15pm) who had a garbage attitude. My wife wanted an ice coffee, which at every other 711 is $1.00. When it was rung up it said $4.99. Mind you before we even brought up the cost she already gave me a face that told me she hates her job and I was bothering her by patronizing this business. She blamed the price on the owner then proceeded to give my wife and I a hard time for questioning the price. If you are the owner and reading this, take note of the time stamp above and feel free to relieve her of her responsibilities."

"Extremely rude female worker (August 3rd 3:15pm). Went in for an iced coffee and when rung up it was $4.99 I questioned the price difference as I am used to paying $1 at our local 7-11. The worker blamed the owner for the increased price. She was incredibly rude, think elementary school secretary who hates children. She went on to scold my husband and I for questioning the price difference. The woman obviously hates her job, customers, and was the most disrespectful person I've had an interaction with recently."

"Slurpee, Ice Coffee Chillers, Big Gulp and freshly cooked hot food items 4 lunch is the best value one can't refuse. The cleanliness of the store as well as the many items fully stocked will have u returning on a regular basis. Marina having knowledge of all the specials n products shows how much she appreciates n loves her job by her pleasant demeanor n outstanding customer service. She suggested I try a Cheeseburger Big Bite n OMG it was YUMMY!!!"
