"Always love this place. Not exactly the best in town, and definitely not the worst. Food and service is great, atmosphere is old school diner but could defiantly use a refresh. I love eating at the counter/bar and there are not many places that still have this, so a huge plus. Parking is what is is being on Main St, park and walk. I love the outdoor dining as it's a bit loud inside but both are nice."
"It was my first time. The staff is very friendly. I came for breakfast, it was busy @730am. I ordered the all meat skillet with hash browns and pancake. It was a lot of food enough to share between 3 people! The salsa is really good. The service friendly. I will be back to try more. The atmosphere is exactly what it looks like a small diner with history."
"A small dinner in the heart of Fallbrook. There is limited indoor seating, with a more out side. The food is very good, and filling. The staff is friendly and service is great. Finding a place to park can be a little tricky, the parking lot is quite small. Over all I would eat here again, though I wish they did work with services like Door Dash or Uber Eats."
"Wanted to try a different breakfast place so I decided to give Main Street Cafe. First impression was not good, parking space are horrible if you drive a pickup or SUV. As I walked in the decor was very dated and there was no theme as they were scattered everywhere. I couldn’t tell if I was in a beach cafe , country diner or a Mediterranean eatery. I ordered the country fried steak and yet again disappointed as this is another place that does not serve homemade country fried steak. The coffee was a bit watered down and lacking flavor. I am happy to support your establishment but feel most locally owned businesses lack with serving homemade food everything is frozen nowadays. Please take this review to make some changes and Im happy to revisit again."
