"Been sitting in the curbside spot for more than 30 minutes waiting for order. Went inside after 35 minutes to check and they said still waiting on nuggets as I watched an order of nuggets get packed. Im very disappointed because I didnt had time to be waiting and thats why I chose a FAST FOOD restaurant."

"My experience at this location was unpleasant to say the least . My fries were cold like if they had just been setting around. I went inside to ask for new ones since I order thru drive thru and the employees were bothered that I asked gave me attitude and rolled her eyes at me . Another One of the employees tried to say that 10 mins had passed but I had just left the drive thru. When I asked if they still had the same owners they had no clue. I have been to other of there locations including the ones they have on base and the service is still better than their fallbrook location."

"I don’t recommend this place because it’s the third time in the past three months they get something wrong on my order. It even showed on the receipt what I ordered and it’s almost like they did things on purpose. So I went there last Thursday afternoon (1/11/24) and six burgers that order customized were wrong and what bothered me the most was that the receipt had a label saying it was double checked. They put 6 pickles on a burger I ordered with no pickles! It even said on the box no pickles. They gave me the burgers the opposite of how I ordered them. My rational thinking says they did it on purpose. The girl at the second window didn’t even greet me and I get it, it’s fine, they’re busy but doing my order wrong multiple times is not cool. I told her in a nice way if she could put extra ketchup in my bag and she even said yes. I get home and no ketchup in the bag. On good note, at least they got my 4 drinks correct. I’m a local and I’m not going here in a while. I decided to leave this review so it doesn’t happen to others."

"Somehow my burgers get squished and mutilated before they get to me. Third time this meal has come this way from this particular store. AM service is professional yet PM service is this…it’s pathetic that there’s such a stark difference depending on the time of day you go get fast food…I’d understand if it was a fresh seafood place or bakery but come on…they also completely ignore you if you go in to order (kiosk is apparently expected by staff)…some businesses in Fallbrook only give good service during rushes and then forget about customers or are rude to them if they come at a different time. This location is one of those businesses."

"Tonight was an awful experience, I & my children were expecting a nice warm meal from Good Ole Mcds but instead we got cheeseburgers plain as can be with no cheese or anything else for that matter just meat and the bun, Oh and did I mention they’re was a third patty that was only half of it. While my children were excited for their Happy Meals which they could not enjoy nor eat because their Fries were wayy to Salty,Soggy & Oily! I couldn’t even give them their drinks (choc milk) because they were expired ! They didn’t even give me a receipt so I can’t even take the food back.. I’ve tried calling the store but it seems no one bothers to answer. Very disappointed considering we were the only ones in drive thru too which should have gave them plenty of time to prep fresh food I wouldn’t have minded waiting for something I paid for."
