"Very Frustrating experience. Workers on floor were on their phone. Checkout line was great. I was trying to find a worker to ask a question but the meat counter was closing and one worker was talking with a guest for over an hour back in produce. I waited 40 minutes nearby not wanting to interrupt, but eventually I just wanted to get on with it. Checkouts were great and fast. Great bagging. Frustrating floor staff."

"The 4th St Safeway is my favorite Safeway in Santa Rosa. It is close to where I live and I never have trouble finding a place to park. Customer service there is consistently top notch. The restrooms are easy to find and clean. The produce section is well stocked with fresh vegetables and fruit and very inviting, the way it is laid out. Sometimes I stop by just to get a few items like some cereal that I like, milk, eggs and usually some pet food. I am in and out quick. They also have a variety of gift cards. I use them to shop online. Sometimes I get sandwiches in the Deli. Come to think of it, this is a great all around store."
