From the moment my two sons and I walked into the store, it was clear that this salesperson had already made up her mind about us, deeming us unworthy of spending our hard-earned money there. Let me start by recounting the events leading up to this terrible encounter. The day before, I visited the store and selected two shirts. I informed the salesperson that I planned to bring my sons the next day to purchase those shirts as a Father's Day gift for me. In response, she suggested putting the shirts on hold until our arrival. While I appreciated the gesture at the time, I couldn't help but wonder why she felt the need to do so since the store was virtually empty. Nevertheless, I agreed, thinking it was a nice way to accommodate our visit. She even took my phone number. Fast forward to the next day when my sons and I excitedly entered the store. We spent a good 20 minutes browsing through the available options, trying on a few shirts and even a blazer. As the kids grew restless and ready to leave, I decided to retrieve the shirts that had been placed on hold. To my utter shock, the salesperson informed me that she had sold them and no longer had them in stock. My sons' disbelief was apparent, and I couldn't blame them. What kind of customer service is this? It seems abundantly clear to me that this salesperson has some deep-rooted issues with people and is simply in the wrong profession. Either she conveniently "forgot" about the shirts or intentionally decided not to sell them to me. In either case, her behavior was highly unprofessional and extremely rude. I can't help but wonder how many other customers she has mistreated and turned away with her dismissive attitude. As a result of this unpleasant experience, I want to warn others to steer clear of this particular store. I certainly won't be returning, and I urge anyone seeking quality service and a pleasant shopping experience to do the same. It's a shame that a single individual can tarnish the reputation of an entire establishment, but in this case, the actions of this unprofessional and rude salesperson have left a lasting negative impression."
