"It's sad when the elderly cashier tells the customers. "I'm sorry I called for help and no one is willing to help me." Multiple customers left there items on the counter and left. Other Michaels have self check out. This one does not. If you are in a hurry. This place is not an In and out place. You will have to wait for assistance on everything."
