"You have to checkout yourself but there are literally 2 workers monitoring the self checkout and 1 trying to get up into my method like she doesn't trust me. All the while 3 employees are talking about the carts being brought in by customers and the customers are wiping them down. Then they decide no more carts can be brought in the store. I wanted to chime in ..."Not only are customers wiping their own carts they are ringing up their groceries too. 5 employees basically hanging out while customers are taking care of themselves. I gave 2 stars because the ladies in the plant department were nice and they had at least 1 uncommon succulent."
"A special note to Walmart Grossmont Management. I selected cash back in self- checkout and forgot to take the cash! I realized it 30 minutes later when I went to use the cash. I went back to the store and the staff member, Miss Mary T. recognized me right away and retrieved the cash she put aside in the drawer! It is so refreshing to know there are still employees out there with true integrity, professionalism and kindness. Thank you, Mary T. !!"
"This Walmart is gott be the biggest Walmart in San Diego they have a MASSIVE selection of everything! Seasonal Items, Kids toys, bikes, outdoor equipment, and even tons of food selections!! I do get lost in this place almost every time.... but I always find what I need and some! The staff does seem to need help sometimes as the store gets unorganized and lines get long, but still highly recommend!"
