"My wife is in this store twice weekly and spends like crazy here. This week she is working on a church party and responsible for centerpieces so she purchased 37 items that were the same. The same day she went back to return/ exchange for a smaller size. The cashier informed “very rude” that they could not be exchanged or returned! Stated that it was seasonal item that could not be returned/ exchanged. Asked for manager and he was nice but same reply. Another employee came jumped in the conversation and began yelling at us stating that she tells all her customers that seasonal is not able to return. Blah blah blah. We asked to return and see the “manager”. The next morning I returned and a very kind lady said yes they were returnable/ exchangeable because they were “in season” vs out of season. So because my wife was not with me I told her that I would return later in the day or the next morning …….. To complete the transaction! My wife and I returned later that day, and the employees that were there were aware of the situation, and a different manager came out and said that they were not returnable as the other manager had stated, and they basically said she was a keyholder had only been there a few days, and she had no authority to do what she did. Now we need to return one more time. This is the third trip to this store for a simple transaction. Extremely disappointed in the customer service the policy that is not clear nor is it posted anywhere visible to a customer. The only place that is visible is on the receipt which makes it too late to make a decision because once they hand you the receipt the transaction has been completed. Very unfortunate as the store is in our neighborhood and we were weekly customers there Buyer Beware of this awful customer service and more importantly, extremely rude Disrespectful employees."

"The worst customer service I've ever experienced. We got there at 8:30pm and she kept on telling us to start checking out. By 8:45pm she told me if I did not have my stuff on the register that she would be kicking me out and I wouldn't be able to purchase anything."

"Need to get their pricing tags right at the store. I'm tired of spending my time shopping and spending half of the time at the register of items that aren't what they are priced and it ends up being more consumers expect consistency at the dollar store in lately it hasn't been that every time I go in it's either a different price cost more it's not a dollar it's not $1.49 it's two dollars and it's not labeled get it together."

"Based on my experiences here, this store has some good items at value prices. The store has been pretty disorganized the times I've visited. Customer service has not been the best. Would recommend for the prices, but not for the customer service or organization of the store itself."

"Had a wonderful shopping experience today. Was cranky going through the line because there was one cashier for the entire store. The girl who helped men (Aisha I think her name was?) She was so incredibly composed and it's like the stress of the line didn't even matter to her. She was kind, fun to talk to, and just let the stress of the overpacked store roll right off her shoulders. Also she literally worked at lightning speed. I'm really stoked on this experience. And I'm really happy that I had her as my cashier. Great placem great staff. Great savings."
