The staff, however, are always friendly and do their best to assist guests, contributing positively to the bustling environment. Despite the crowds, the World of Disney remains a must-visit for anyone looking to bring a piece of the magic home. The World of Disney is always a fun visit for its unparalleled selection, delightful atmosphere, and the sheer joy it brings to Disney enthusiasts, even if navigating through the crowds requires patience."

"Lots of Disney merchandises can be found here, but they don’t have everything sold in Disneyland like they advertised. Sure they have a lot of stuff, but the merchandises eventually get repetitive, and the thing you really want is not sold here. But, nice and big store anyway. Good if you want to but some Disney goods but not going to Disneyland."

"I love this store so much and I have such a soft spot for it but I truly do wish when they had the character models around the store. They made this store so much more magical and now it just feels modern and in my opinion modern is boring. Huge selection of items though so I can’t complain about it that much."

"Great shopping place. Staff are extremely friendly, “Terry” in particular. I was trying to find a specific design for magic watch plus and Terry went above and beyond to find the last remaining piece at the store."

"They've got gadgets and gizmos a-plenty, they've got whozits and whatzits galore...you want thingamabobs? They've got twenty! The World of Disney store is the largest store in the resort and carries a HUGE assortment of souvenirs, clothing, toys, ornaments, mugs, and a whole lot of other stuff... except for housewares (which I miss), which were removed since the Home store opened in Downtown Disney. Several mobile checkout stands are sprinkled throughout the store, in case you don't want to wait in a long line to make your purchase. But whether or not you buy anything, this cheery store is a compelling and vibrant wonderland that's fun just to walk through because... that's the magic of Disney!"
