"They keep looking up inventory and there are very few employees around that can help. They call for the one person working the department and you wait. I often had to wait for items to be taken down because the shelves were not stocked; however, now I wait 20-30 minutes to open a locked shelf. What they are saving is theft they are costing the rest of us in time. Even the bathroom is locked now and if you ask the wrong employee for code, expect attitude. Then they have stories about theft to justify all the plexiglass covers. One story was how a worker opened a display, the guy pushed the worker out of the way, grabbed three items and skateboarded away. Sounds unlikely , but if so, that just shows locking it up only hurts customers. This is Anaheim, just staff properly so this isn’t needed. It’s often an empty store during early morning contractor hours. I choose to go other locations more and more. Terrible choices that are driving even more business to online retailers"
"Came in today to buy a washer. My dad and I were looking around for a few minutes. We didn't see anyone at first, I had to look for someone. I saw a gentleman working down another department and told him we needed help in appliances. He called for someone. As I was walking back a woman said I'll be right with you. She came back and she was AMAZING!! Fab was so friendly and helpful. She explained to us about the brand we picked, delivery, warranty etc. I was very impressed with her knowledge and how genuine she was with us. You can tell she enjoys her job and loves what she does. BIG SHOUT OUT TO FAB!!! Thank you for everything. We truly appreciate you!!"
"Went there for our search for a specific type of oven range and we were helped by two fabulous ladies. Especially Fab did a fantastic job and we just received a lengthy email with search results she was able to find! She's working it! Very impressed!"
"Fine for a big box hardware store, but don't buy a Christmas tree here. Whoever they partner with absolutely sucks. Best looking tree there felt dead in the lot and I was stupid enough to take it home where it promptly finished dying. Bought a new tree at Home Depot that's significantly nicer for the same price."
