"Very rude customer service, I asked them for a simple number to the department I was trying to get ahold of. Instead they delivered an unnecessary attitude and hung up on me. Thought that the purpose of NEX was to offer goods and information to service members, glad to know that’s not the case here. Will not use this service ever again, do not recommend."
