"Coffee Bean loves to display food they don’t actually have. Out of bagels at least 3 times a week. One time I ordered a hot tea with honey, and was given just that except that they put honey sticks directly in the drink… Honey sticks in plastic, directly in the drink, as if the drink was going to melt the plastic away and only leave the honey behind. I’m not joking. But I blame it on the establishment itself, the owners, not the people making the drinks- whoever trained them- or didn’t."

"The skinny girl with a straight, black hair that works at 3 pm is SUPER mean. She wouldn't add any modifiers despite having heard me, and she showed a hateful, disgusted face the whole time. They don't call you when your drink is ready, too. When I checked my drink and picked it up, she was there frowning at me and pretending not to hear my "thank you". Will never come back to this branch!!"

"the workers are so inattentive… esp the girl with slight highlights and curly hair that works in the morning. i waited 7-10 min for a bagel that takes 10 seconds to heat up (according TO HER). i was trying to give them time since there were like 2 other ppl waiting. come to find out she forgot my order completely. and started it after 4 other ppl’s orders. no apology, just hands it to me. i really dont like this locations service :/"

"The two regular sized drinks have very different amounts. Requested heavy whipped cream but came with no whipped cream at all! No one picked up my calls too. First time trying but very disappointed."
