The failure to fulfill this fundamental duty is deeply concerning and reflects poorly on the establishment. It is particularly distressing given that this is a Korean-owned business, raising serious questions about the hiring practices and the presence of discriminatory attitudes among the staff. Customers rightfully expect to be treated with respect and attentiveness, especially considering the financial support they provide to the business. Such lapses in service are simply unacceptable and warrant immediate attention from the management."

"I have been a big fan of Boba for Inc. many years. Ever since I lived in San Francisco, it became some thing I could never get enough of. I love to get it after dinner or as a treat after a long day. Today was one of those days so we stopped in and grabbed a few drinks. Service was fast and they have a lot of great options on the menu. I have been to many different locations around town and they are all very consistent. Parking is really easy in this area because there’s a large parking lot attached to the strip mall. Today we ordered a few drinks, but my favorite of the ones that I ordered today was the Frosty Milk. It’s not something I order often but it’s great when I’m in the mood for a treat. I got the Strawberry, Pudding, and Boba combo, and would recommend it. I definitely will be back many times in the future."
