"I love this place. Discounts, Discounts, Discounts. This place has a wonderful dog/pet aisle. Dog food is quality, and nicely priced Toys and treats as well. Groceries are also nicely priced and discounted. I visit this place often."
"A month ago, I gave this store a 4 star review, but since then my EBT card was compromised there. Left 0 balance, and it will be 7-10 days before receiving another card. That was the only store I used it, so stay alert. Check your cards after shopping there. That was my last trip to the store and I'll be using the new feature to block the card when I'm not using it."
"First and foremost most items are expired or are set to expire very soon, so check dates on food. The cashier is absolutely disgustingly awful, I really tried to overlook it thinking maybe it was just a bad day for her but no, she has a terrible, disgusting, demeanor every single time she is there, her attitude is disturbing. She is a short and fat woman with hair pulled back, when I greet her she will say nothing or speak through her teeth as if she is annoyed. I came through her line and she had the nerve to say, "cash, card, (looked me up and down) or ebt". I looked at her in a puzzling way because the Caucasian man in front of me she asked "cash or card". And the Asian woman behind me she asked, " cash or card". I purposely gathered my bags slowly to see what she said to the Asian lady behind me. Needless to say she didn't say ebt to them, it really put a damper on my day. I don't use ebt and even if I did, who are you to try and make that assumption by looking at and trying to stereotype me. Also on an occasion after shopping and on my way out of the store I stopped with tears in my eyes and said to the Samoan security guard, "Do you realize how you make people feel when you follow them around the store as if they are going to steal, it hurts". And quietly walked out to my car. The store has a lot of work to do, I can only hope it gets better."
"Great store. Great prices on good items. Was there when they had a disturbance with a shoplifter. They handled it professionally. Nice job, and keep up the good work."
"I prefer the Redondo Beach location much better and I think I’ll stick with that one. It’s a bit smaller, but everyone is very nice and polite. The cashier was rude. They did have a larger selection of things, especially when it came to organic items, but not impressed with my first visit."
