"Despite the advertised operating hours until 7 PM and a queue of 30-40 people outside, i was there 3:30pm and after waiting approximately 30 minutes, we were shocked to discover that the branch stopped taking orders just as our turn arrived. This incident not only left us frustrated but also wasted our valuable time."

"Although, I like it here, I got bad service last time I went. I went up to Serena and asked for my usual order (an earl grey tea with an extra tea bag on the side and a cup of hot water) but she tried to charge for two teas. I told her that every employee (this includes Devin, Mireya, Arabella etc.) does my order like this but she refused to listen and wouldn't give it to me. I mean, its not fair for them to treat me inconsistently--everyone (this includes the general manager Sandy) does it this way but a different supervisor won't allow it. This makes no sense."

"Coffee was great as usual for any Coffee Bean, we were helped by Raven seems special maybe she cannot handle the holiday traffic but she seems to hate her job or maybe was just having a bad day, don’t know don’t care she made my coffee shopping experience horrible."

"I decided to have a refreshment after lunch the drink was great I got a mocha ice blended and I think it was worth the price and the staff was nice and fast the shop doesn’t seat inside the only seating is outside. It was worth it but kinda hard to find since am new here to this part of LA……………."
