"This place is my local community center. All the cashiers know me... real talk their produce is better than most"
"We have shopped at Stater Bros on La Paz Aliso Niguel for over 20 years it is an amazing Grocery Supermarket I recently lost my wife of 60 years and I will carry on doing my grocery shopping at Stater Bros the staff are amazing more than helpful."
"Clean, organized sometimes employee’s are busy when you need help."
"Meat department is very slow and understaffed but product is great. Horrible produce, had to return fruit tray. Not so fresh"
"Update: once again had to request a new cashier open up. Then had to bare witness to the cashier with a crappie attitude that reeked “I hate my job and don’t want to be here.” If it wasn’t for the excellent chicken salad I wouldn’t be bothered with this store. I’ve had on at least three separate occasions had to literally ask an employee to open up an additional check out stand. I’m not being paid to do this. This is management’s responsibility. On my last visit I had put my cold items inside my own insulated bag (obviously to keep cold until I check out). When I was next up the jerk cashier (will not disclose his name) picked up my bag and dumped all of the items onto the counter. This was after he looked at the bag person while rolling his eyes. I asked to speak to the manager and conveyed what happened. Not a “sorry this happened” not a “thank you for bringing this to my attention” just got a blank stare. What’s with people in management positions that don’t know how to at least professionally communicate with the public? Too many other stores in the neighborhood."
