"I love Trader Joe's but I also love Aldi and Ralphs When shopping the sales with digital coupons so I make the rounds to my favorite places and that way you get what you're looking for and save a few bucks in the meantime. Trader Joe's is great but you can't buy everything there but you can really do well I go there every week at least once. Looking for a quick meal? Check out their frozen foods but like any prepared foods you have to read the sodium levels and calorie content if you're watching those things but for the most part you can find some pretty healthy and affordable choices. Plus the staff are always really friendly and helpful at every location. I'm a fan!"
