"Did not taste fresh at all. We ordered the premium sashimi omakase and the dragon roll. The sashimi quality was maybe slightly above that of which you would get from a convenience store. Definitely below expectations given the rating. Probably on par with what you’d expect in a small town without much Asian food. The dragon roll was eel on top of a california roll which I have never seen before and was not good. Usually dragon roll is eel on top of a tempura based roll."

"The entrance of this place was hard to find but wow would reccomend this place. Their $20 special includes sashimi, and that huge plate of tempura, karage, beef and chicken teriyaki, salad, and California roll. Their special roll is also pretty delicious ($15) and I would reccomend their poke bowl as well."

"The food is always fresh and consistent, if not outstanding. The music is low enough that you can actually carry on a conversation while there. And the location is quiet yet accessible. Overall, Tommy's Sushi is a high quality sushi restaurant that is consistently at the top of my list."
