The pizza I received had numerous bubbles with uneven cheese distribution, and when I brought it to the attention of the attendant, the resolution offered was a simple apology and a complimentary soda. While the gesture was appreciated, it didn't address the core issue – the pizza itself. Moreover, the french fries I ordered were subpar, appearing half-cooked and resembling something cooked in an air fryer. I expected better quality considering it's a pizza place. Regrettably, I won't be returning to NY Pizza. My hope is that this serves as constructive feedback for the restaurant. It's essential to prioritize quality food and service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Ignoring such issues could lead to a decline in customers, as not everyone may vocalize their dissatisfaction. I encourage the restaurant to take this advice to heart and make the necessary improvements for the sake of their reputation and customer loyalty. I'm requesting a full refund"
