"JCPenney jewelry department has the worst customer service. I took in a ring for repairs and the employee’s didn’t know how to do anything. I was there waiting for them to put my order in for 1hr. It was like the employee was lost & not interested in what she was doing. She kept getting on her personal phone and looked like she was having personal issues in which I just wanted my ticket receipt so I can leave. Two weeks later they called me leaving me a message saying they needed the ring size. When I called the lady who answered the phone couldn’t get my name right even after I spelled it out 3 times. I asked to talk to a supervisor so I can tell them what size it was. I dropped off the ring in November and in January when I went into the store they said they had already called me Dec 27 in which I didn’t have any voicemails or missed calls. I asked why they didn’t try calling me again to inform me that it was ready for pick up she said we’re too busy for that. It’s hard to believe that the employee and her supervisor thought it was justified that being busy a reason not to call customer in which they had 2 buckets of jewelry ready to be picked up with people that probably didn’t get a call like myself. I will never go to JCPenney Thousand Oaks and will be closing my account."

"I applied for a credit card for a gift jewelry. Not worth it jewelry not good quality. They don’t stop running your credit every month with out your approval. They approved me for 500.00. I checked it in 2 months and I only had 200 for approval I payed on time and everything don’t get a credit card the more they run your credit the worse it gets."

"Huzama at the Oaks Mall, men's department, was extremely helpful, very kind, and knew exactly what sizes, etc. were needed. I WILL definitely always request Huzama to help us!!!"

"The only reason I stop by was because I parked my car closed to there today but in my way to head inside the mall noticed few things that called my attention well a lot of signs were 60%off and it was good right normally all costumers want deals well I asked a employee to make sure if something was 60% off he said he didn’t know that he has to scanned to make sure so he did he came back and said the price I asked again so is it 60% off? He said don’t know the price is this , it was kind of rude but I kept looking around found some wallets that had the 60% off sign and when to pay oh no it was regular price when I told him ( same employee ) about the sign he said really rude “I don’t know where you see the 60% signs but it is not “ and for sure I got mad got my purse and head out sorry but not good only few employees big lines and worst they are not even in a way to help someone"
