An older brunette woman, who seemed like she was the manager, continued to have a lengthy conversation with a team member by the register while I waited at the register for help. She acknowledged my presence, but was not eager to help. I was purchasing one item and I guess the sale wasn’t enough to warrant her energy."

"Went in tonight to pick out a special birthday gift for my sister. No easy task for me but I've always felt compelled to put extra effort when buying for a special person. The Sales Associate named Tommy that went completely above what I expect service to be was not just helpful but made me feel as though I'm a special customer. It reminded me of the personal attention you'd have 30 years ago at Nordstrom. That's gone from there but definitely alive and well here at J Crew with Tommy. Thank you"

"Came in for Holiday shopping and the place is a mess and no sales associates on the sales floor to assist in anything. No sizes available on the sales floor for men in Large and finally I spotted a sales associate who was hiding behind the table I asked her for help with size and every time I asked for one item she would disappear for a long time and then say it’s not available in stock and then every time we ask for something that’s marked down she kept saying that nothing that’s marked down on the sales floor is available in in the back but then she would not try to offer any help actions my frustration got really big and I went to the store manager and I told him what was going on. Explained that I can’t find any sizes on the sales floor and that his inventory seems like it hasn’t been replenished all day. I explained that I couldn’t get help on the sales floor and that I am trying to get my shopping done. This manager really needs to go! I truly believe Now Itgat the reason why this managers employees are calling off on him is because of his very bad attitude. He didn’t offer assistance and wasn’t apologetic. It is clear that he doesn’t want to take accountability for anything! We already had $ 500 worth of merchandise that I found in my own that I weaned toPurchase that I felt that he didn’t deserve my business and I walked out! My advice to this manager is to get your store and your team together and offer some motivational things for your employees to show up to work and hold yourself accountable to your leadership duties as well as a positive attitude goes a long way!"
