"Store is fine. Giving this one star though, because the store director, Cory, is a completely careless moron. He's lazy, combative, manipulative, and treats the customers and his employees like dirt. He has no idea how to properly manage a store and deserves to be fired. Update: Literally saw Cory yelling and degrading one of the employees and when a customer asked him to find something, Cory yelled and cursed him out. He doesn't deserve a management position at any place of business. Either fire Cory or boycott Vons until he gets fired."

"Why, in every square foot of this Vons is it 17 degrees below zero? No other grocery store. No other Vons is it THIS FREEZING COLD. In the sunner AND cold winter."

"This vons isn’t the greatest in the city or county. Often doesn’t have what I’m shopping for. The parking lot also has some pretty random people coming and going and hanging out. This spot should have the basic things you’ll need but if you got the time I’d recommend going to the vons closer to buena high school or the Thompson vons in midtown Ventura. Cleaner and nicer overall. Staff could use some more training here as well. Overall needs some upper management to do a full inventory of store and employees."
