"Cheap plastic. Bought a Kia Stinger diffuser and the quality is very disappointing. The fitment is just ok, the 3m tape that is provided is horrible and just leaves a big gap and sags even after clamping for a full day. If you are creative and have some tools can make it look semi fit. Great looking diffuser if it was made properly."

"Been searching their website for months almost a year waiting to see when they’re going to restock some of their products for my specific vehicle and it always and still says (Sold Out) like how long does it really take. I mean I would understand if they weren’t going to restock the parts I’m wanting because they’re being discontinued or something but at least most companies would say that on their website. And almost everything else for my car on EBay & Amazon is a universal product and I’d rather get something that’s made for my car because it would be a direct fitment. And my vehicle theirs a sedan version & a hatchback version but most (In-Stock) parts are for the hatchback and idk if it would work on my car as it’s the sedan version (2011 Mazda3 2nd-gen) I’ve tried calling their company but never get ahold of anyone!!"

"Bought a set of carbon side scoops for my Cayman and upon arrival I noticed the clear coat had some cracks in it, along with some drilled holes, cracking around the holes. I contacted Bayson R and let them know of the issues and even provided photos upon request. They reviewed and confirmed that was not correct and told me to ship them back for a refund. Upon the return, they then claimed I caused the damage and only issued half of my refund. When I reached out to them regarding this they basically said they reserved the right to issue whatever refund they deemed necessary. How is this trustworthy? I was a returning and loyal customer but they lost me. I'm sharing my experience so others will know this company is shady and can't be trusted. Save your money and go elsewhere."

"Ordered part on EBay, it was clearly defective. Short on both sides and it was clearly communicated to Bayson. Took multiple days to get them to respond, they sent install tips and asked me to try again. I sent pictures twice, they acted like they didn’t get them the first time. Stiffed me with return shipping even though the item was clearly defective. Told me it was my fault for starting a return incorrectly on EBay. Terrible company to work with. Purchased a different brand and it fits great. If you want discount parts you’ll have to get discount service as well!"
