"Very poor customer service. I tried to order a part thru their app and pick it up at the store but the website would not work."
"I bought a phone holder from Union Square location but the item was broken before even using it. I came to this location, the Asian guy and Latino guy helped me out and exchange to a new one. The best service 5Stars. These guys are really amazing and friendly."
"5/20/23. Next door is Wheelworks. Praise to Moises for willing to go the extra step of helping customer"
"My car battery was on the verge of dying so I dropped by early in the morning to get a replacement battery after checking that the one I wanted was available on their website. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They came to the parking lot to confirm the battery size for my car before I purchased it, and then helped install the battery in my car right away. Overall excellent customer service!"
"Came here for a new battery and can't recommend them highly enough. I called ahead to check if they had the kind I needed. They were able to look it up based on my car's year, make, and model, and had it in stock. I received a credit for trading in my old battery, and found it reasonably priced - a little over ~$100 for a one-year warranty, with free replacement at any of the chain's stores if it goes out before then. This was comparable to a couple of other stores nearby. Additionally, Danny, one of the employees, offered to help switch out the battery for me. He was friendly, quick, and knowledgeable. He walked me through everything he was doing, showing me the different parts and everything I need to know if I want to do it myself next time. He even checked the fluids while he was working, and showed me how to tell if the oil, brake fluid, or coolant was low. This was above and beyond any customer service I've ever received at an auto store before, and I was blown away. I walked away with a new battery and more confidence in knowing how my car was doing."
