"Went to this store to pickup some sneakers for my children, lots of choices, big store. I would have given 5 starts but as large as this place is the air conditioner DEFINITELY should have been on. The young lady working was doing multiple jobs at once and you could see she was overwhelmed with little help. She definitely doesn't deserve to work in those ridiculously hot conditions nor does anyone else. I was in the store approximately 25 minutes and was dripping sweat. My kids were complaining too."

"This was a joke! Not open in the afternoon. Had us waiting well over a hour so they can take a long lunch. First they put a sign in the door saying they’ll be open at 2:10, then switched it to 2:40. Maybe hire more people. It was very inconvenient for us. Once it opened, I got zero help trying to find what I was looking for. When I went to find an associate, she was too busy talking to another worker with tissue stuffed up her nose. Very unprofessional and gross. Not a good business. Maybe the manager or district manager should come in and support their staff."
