"Great for suits, terrible at alterations. Took a blouse here to get altered. The lady charged me $20 but when I came back to try it on, it fit horribly. She said it would be another $15 to fix it. What’s the point of an alteration if they don’t know how to make an item fit you properly and charge you every alteration they make?? Never coming here again."

"If you need a tuxedo, there is no place than this here. The staff and owner will take care of you beyond expectations – they are kind, knowledgable and professional. Their process is simple with measurement, finding the right tux of style, alterations as needed, and pick up. I rented a tuxedo for myself and my whole grooms party and we looked great! "During our fitting, staff was great and patient. We were helped by an amiable young man and the seamstress. Precise measurements were taken. We ordered everything we needed. The store was very clean and well taken care of. There are many choices of tux styles and two fitting rooms. If that was all that happened, this would have been a five star review. When we came back to pick up our order, since we were coming from 1.5 hours away, we wanted to be sure everything was the right fit before we left the store, and that we had all the pieces like cuff links and pocket squares and that they all looked fine. This was a different lady there who dealt with us during pick up. This lady was so impatient and lashed out that we were taking too long. We had only been inside the store for 15 minutes at that point. She said that she was already nice enough to let us try it on, and check out the shirt and pant length, but that we were taking too long with the details, and that this is not the way it’s done. We need to look at the fine details in our own time. This is fine if someone lives close by, but we had only one chance to get it right, and we explained the distance we had come. She said that we need to understand the business and hurry up. She was more than a little sharp-tongued about it. We are reasonable people with a reasonable expectation, and should not be scolded like we are her misbehaving children. There are ways of explaining oneself which are not condescending to others. Good service matters. If it were for quality alone this would be a five star review, but this woman was so rude, that I was truly shocked by her inability to understand her customers and behave with civility towards them considering how far we had come."

"Great service from Sunny and also reasonable price. Sunny is very warm-hearted and walked me through several combinations that I can try on for my upcoming marriage ceremony. Careful measurements. No push and full respect on my preference. Fit wise, this is the only store that provides me tuxedos with great fit. As a slim Asian, it’s hard for me to find fits from other stores. I’m surprised at how fitting the tuxedo they find for me. No weeks wait to get my size nor does it have to be tailored. Highly recommend!"
