"Of the customer service, I get there. They are so sweet and willing to help you."
"This is one of several Goodwills in San Jose, this one is close to several other thrift stores in the area. PRO: - Big! - Good selection - Close proximity to other thrift stores in area CON: - Expensive for a thrift store SUMMARY: I appreciate the big selection and the way this store is laid out. Unfortunately like other thrift stores it’s become commonplace that prices are almost close to new prices. It exactly why I come to a thrift store"
"Ever since they remodeled their prices have increased. Saw a couple sweatshirts ranging $15-20!! Better reasonable prices/quality at crossroads trading for those prices!"
"The cashier there was very rude. I left my glasses in one of the fitting rooms as they were locking them up so I asked if they could quickly unlock it for me. When the woman unlocked it for me, she saw all the hangers on the floor and asked if I had left them there. When I told her no, she said “yea right, you were the last one in there, THANKS” in the rudest manner. Through the whole encounter, I could tell she had something against me even behind the register. She had been nice to other customers while I was waiting so I thought there would be no issue but maybe she just doesn’t like Asians since I had done nothing to her. This behavior shocked me as they were in there from the previous guests and I had only brought 4 items in and left nothing behind. My friend remembers her from another goodwill since we shop there a lot and said she has been rude to many other people too. Maybe that’s why they transferred her to another location. If you hate your job that much, quit. No need to rub your misery on other people."
"Lots of clothes, sports equipment and, well everything pretty much under the sun, I picked up a bike trainer for $15 “such a deal"
